Supervisor Knowledge Sharing and Employee Knowledge Sharing: The Moderating Roles of Learning Goal Orientation and Affective Organizational Commitment

چکیده

Recognizing the importance of knowledge sharing, this study adopted social learning and exchange perspectives to understand when employees may engage in sharing. Using data collected from 192 various South Korean organizations, findings demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between supervisor sharing employee As perceive high level they are likely based on theories. Furthermore, explores moderating effects goal orientation affective organizational commitment The result supports hypothesis strengthened commitment. Employees who obtain valuable their supervisors emotionally attached organization. However, contrast hypothesis, was stronger at lower levels (LGO) than higher LGO.
